  Hi Leslie! Thank you a lot for the beautiful and soothing comment you left on my blue dress! I am still angry at me for not trying it on after I had sewn on the pleats to the front. Thus I managed to make my bust look enormous…. the dress completely lost its character… I plan to undo the pleats or at least make them less wide. Thank you again!

  Hi Leslie, I was so surprised to have 5 comments on my Edwardian Twist this morning. I am glad you like it your opinion means a lot to me. It is really unusual. I didn’t expect a positive reaction. It warms my heart that it has gone over so well. I sure hope my husband likes it. To me his opinion is the most important.

  We don’t actually do reenacting. We wanted to and were gonna start this summer, but then found out I was expecting twins! So it probably won’t happen this year. We English Country Dance with a demonstration group that dresses primarily for the 18th century and secondarily for Civil War. We absolutely love the dancing. Thanks for your comments!

  Thank You for the comment, my dress was made from a pattern NewLook 6615 E. I have now posted all patterns that I use in the credits box since the don’t get to be viewed after entering them in pattern info box. I tried to make the neck not so plunging but the way the pieces were was hard to do with out taking away from the looks of the dress, which is the reason why I chose this pattern to make.
