Well, I think you can measure yourself with a meter first starting from the crown of the triangle – you need just the sides of the triangle (the base can be lower or higher / i.e. long or short – it depends on you). Remember that one end of the triangle should be curved. Then copy the measurements onto a tracing paper, cut it out and check if it is all right by placing it onto you again (this can be done with some old fabric if you can spare some). If it is not ok you can make the alterations right there. If you used tracing paper then copy the pattern onto the fabric.
