My mom used to force me to make my own clothes when I was a kid to save money. I hated every minute of it because I wanted the new cool stuff the other kids had. After inheriting my grandmother's 80's-era Viking sewing machine, I decided to give sewing another try. I'd rather not look like the other kids anyway.
