Hi Kiraph Here is the link to the Martha Stewart (I had ’flu last week and wrote Martha Gardener!) show with the pettiskirt video and instructions:

Please let me know if you find a source for nylon chiffon. I would happily make more of these if I didn’t have to edge finish all those metres of organza!
Good luck with your skirts.

Hi Kiraph, Burda magazine quoted me 66.24 euros (about $107) for a 12 month subscription inclusive of postage, a big saving compared to the one that is through the importers here in Australia I think. Any way it is on my Chrismas list! I will just have to hope my husband gets it sorted (or I will in the new year). Happy sewing. Jude

Hi, you were asking about some of my dresses being in a Fashion Festival… The pictures that look like they were taken outside were the ones that were in the festival. It was a Fashion and Design Festival in Toronto, Canada, and it was a ton of mini fashion shows showing different stores in the area, local designers, and recent graduates (that was the category I was in). It was reall fun! Thanks for asking! :)

Hi Kiraph, thanks for your lovely comments on my pants! I brought back an Anthro catalogue after my holiday to Canada and loved it so much practically slept with it under my pillow and I was heartbroken when I misplaced it…. but at least we still have the internet!!!

Hi, thanks so much for the comment on my laura dress. Yes, I pretty much de-structured the pattern ;). I plan to do the pattern again more accurately. :)

Hey there :) That is really neat that you live in Gloucester as well!!! I also know there is a Gloucester in England too…and it looks similar to the Gloucester here in Virginia where I live. GUESS WHAT… I danced for 12 years! AND I also made costumes for my dance team!!! I should dig out some pictures of the stuff we wore back then… :) I love to dance still….There are days when I miss getting up at the crack of dawn, to slip on some dance shoes and hit the studio! Now I am a personal trainer, so instead of the dance studio, I am in the workout studio! ;) aren’t you getting ready for summer where you are?? We just went into fall here….and I am loving it! I am originally from Redondo Beach California, so I am really enjoying the change of seasons here. :) Hope you have a beautiful Day!

Hello I was just wondering with your tutu’s, where did you learn to construct/make them or did you teach yourself? If you had lessons just curious where did you go because for my textiles major work I’m hoping to make a ballet costume so it would be helpful. Thank-you Ashleigh
