This dress is made using #152 from Burda Style’s November 2012 magazine. The only thing I changed was that I used a zipper at the neckline instead of snaps.

I used Kwik Sew’s Sewing for Toddler’s basic T-shirt pattern but I added a ruffle at the shoulder/sleeve seam. I also made the neck band wider.
