Household items sound fun! I bet those made great gifts since they’re easy to personalize. I just finished my first pillow two days ago and loved how easy (and quick) it was. I probably should have started with easier projects like that before making clothing. I’ve been having some trouble and getting into roadblocks with my garments. And my being a perfectionist makes me even more picky about how every detail looks! I finished a half-circle skirt yesterday. I think I’ll make another one, like you did with your maryy dress, so I feel more confident and better about how to sew it. And thanks, I do want to make that dress one day! It’s popular for a reason :)

Hi! I love your two dresses. Was the Gryffindor dress easy to make since it’s similar to the first? How did you learn to sew, and what did you start out creating? I’m a beginner but mostly interested in sewing clothing.
