Hi Chandra, wow no zipper yet, you’ve done well :) They are not that scary really. For the Kasia skirt I used an invisible zipper but becasue it is hidden behind the front flap you could get away with a normal dress zipper for you first try, it won’t matter at all. There are so many tutorials online to help you out but I would start with a mock up, take some scrap fabric and practise putting a zipper in a couple of times :) I always baste first, then test, and sew it in properly if it all looks good.
