Found this doll kit on eBay ($12.oo). Used a taupe cotton/linen to finish the body; attached it with black zip ties… Love it! (21" tall)

The simpler the better I say… easy robe pattern. I love “no side seam” pants too. When my son grew out of these we handed them down to my grandchildren.

Simplicity 8739 is a Victorian costume pattern. I made a shorter version of the pullover slip dress. I’ve used this pattern a couple of times now and I just love it. It has a nice romantic feel.
