  Hello! Thank you so much for the compliment! :) It’s a design of mine. The trim is hand dyed antique silk ribbon with a vintage button. So it’s half new and half vintage! I start simple, but can never leave anything plain! LOL

  I’m working on getting all the synthetic material out of my stash and using only natural fibers from now on! Wool and linen are my favorite. I’ve been thinking about uploading one of my hood patterns, so I might just do it!

  Although I left you a comment on the creation page I simply couldn’t resist and leave your wall without a word of praise on your beautiful ties! I think they are gorgeous – especially the fabric – because the lot are mainly (different shades of ) pink – and I am pink/purple crazy person. You’ve made them beautifully besides the insuperable obstacle – Mr.Slider :)

  Hi and thanks for your comment on my mini bag – it doesn’t show in the photo but the fabric actually has a sheen to it. It’s a lovely rich fabric I picked up on the remnant table. I wish now that I had made a jacket or vest as the fabric would lend itself to this. Take care and happy sewing…
