I need help doing Zips. Any advice would be great. I find it so fiddly and end up messing them up. Is there an easy way?

Hey. Thanks for your comment! The pattern I used for the halter dress was Butterick B5209 – which also includes a version with little capped sleeves – very cute! Love your puffball dresses btw – so cool!! =)

hey there! thanks for the compliments (some time ago now) on my dresses…glad to hear you have the zipper situation under control. as for making your wedding dress…i uploaded the pics of mine that i made. i totally recommend it if you have someone close by to help with the fitting. you don’t want to try to do that part yourself. that’s my only advice! good luck and congrats on the pending nuptials!
