Thanks for the comment on my sweet neopolitan dress. The godets were a new thing for me to try and wasn’t as hard as I thought. trying to draft them was difficult but turned out quite well in the end.

your ideas for your projects are really spunky and well-tailored! way to go with the pattern drafting while being a busy mom—that’s awesome!

what size do you need it in? I’ll redaw them, because the one I drew for myself is quite tattered :p
Feb 11, 2010, 09.00 PMby cquinn13
thanks, that would be incredible! if it’s too much trouble though, you could just trace yours and i could resize it. i’m not sure what size i am exactly, but my measurements (at the moment, anyway!) are
Bust 34
Waist 27
Stomach(about 3 1/2 inches below my waist)32 1/2
Hips 37

that’s in inches right? It really isn’t any more work than tracing my used patterns, in fact I think it’s easier.. I’ll e-mail it to you in the next couple of days then!

Hi! If you’d like I could send you a scan of the original pattern (i toyed with it a bit) but you’d have to redraw it in a proper size yourself then.. let me know!

Thanks! It’s the Truly Victorian 1880’s pattern, i just modified it to be an overbust instead of the mid-bust the pattern is. http://www.trulyvictorian.net/tvxcart/product.php?productid=27&cat=3&page=1
