Hi! Thanks for the nice comment on my dress. The fabric is from a second hand shop, it’s some 60’s or 70’s old fabric. And I have to say I can’t remember where I found the pattern. But it’s quite simple, there are many dress patterns (especially wedding dresses) which can be altered to get this kind of bodice. I looked some burda patterns and this dress has the same kind of bodice as in my dress: http://www.burdafashion.com/en/Shop/Main_Collection/technical_drawing/1000003-1128998-1005430-1450092-1450094.html Of course I took off those straps and I had to make the middle part wider to make that fake button catch (which simply was just a plain box pleat). Well, maybe this didn’t help you a lot but anyway :)
