That’s okay. I think that someone else helped them with the skirt but you can check the answer to see if it is correct at : http://www.burdastyle.com/forum/show_topic/13616 Keep sewing!

Hi! I am sorry for bothering you, but I would love to know do you use regular, ordinary rope (thread) for “Liquid Leggings” or elastic? Thanks!!!

Hello CHISSA83773! There is a question in the forum about your pickup skirt that I thought maybe you could help her with. The link is /forum/show_topic/13616 Thanks a bunch!

Hello back:) Actually I plan on using soft fabrics like chiffon, cause i think they’re so feminine, so thanks so much for the tip. I don’t think I’ll find fray check in my area, but I’ll look for it anyway. What I’m more worried about is cutting the fabric… does it “run” like georgette does? Do you have any tips on that?

Oh, I’m so happy one of my creations has inspired someone else :)! I had a look at your creation and even though it looks different to mine it’s still very nice! I love the colour combination and love what you have done at the waist! Keep going I’m sure it will come out a dream :). I have added more creations just recently so I hope I can inspire you some more! Love your work, Cherie x

Um, so I’m in LOVE with the pick-up dress technique. I’ll get it perfect after a few more tries. I was just wondering if it would be as easy wiith a skirt that didn’t have elastic in the bottom hem? A skirt like this:

I’ve been dying to have a dress like that and since I found your tutorial I’ve been HELL-BENT on making my own.
