I love your work. Your ability to deconstruct/modify a pattern to your taste amazes me as a new sewer. Hopefully someday I will be able to be that creative with my sewing. Your “azalea” that you added belt loops too is one of the prettiest creations I’ve seen on this site, in my opinion.

I love all your creations! Great job. Most of them are very feminine, I like that. And also everything looks comfortable to wear also. Love that idea. I am new here ,so I am going to try to do one of these if I can print it out properly. Thanks. Sue

Hi there!
I saw your dress for the Mila pattern and it inspired me to create it as well :)
I looked at how much fabric is needed and it just said the 1 7/8 yards.
But i was wondering how much fabric you used for the black fabric?
And how much you needed for the main black and white bottom piece?
Thanks!

I was just looking at all of your creations. Great job with your dresses. I love them all! :) You’ve inspired me to get to work on some new projects and experiment with some stretchier fabrics!

thanks for the quick answer :). the lenghtening line is a part of the patters that has 2 paralel lines where you can cut the pattern across and “separate” the 2 pieces to make a garment longer, that’s what i was doing but i don’t want it to be too narrow at the bottom, and yours look the perfect wide. So you extended the outside contour line?, i mean you made it longer, and doing that you get a wider “bottom line” (i dont know how to say it)

hey chipdale i have a huge question!!!! for you beautiful baby blue tara dress, did you used the “lenghtening” lines? or did you just extended the pattern “towards the floor”?? i’m making it right know so i hope you can answer :)

Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog.
Maybe iPhoto could do the same as Picasa for Mac? It’s all about scrolling though the patterns in any viewer.
