Dear C.alicia, thanks a lot for your nice comment on my cream and praline dress, yes indeed the strap on the chest was cut bias way and then stitch on the bustier. I made a big mistake… for keeping the strap sharp in its place I glued it with a special textiel glue but because of the fabric was silk several big spots appear at the front of the strap, so I have to cut a new one and sew it at the top of the glued one. I am glad you like the dress, is very easy, you should try it!!!

hi, thanks for your comment on my twisted dress! about the gather, i used an elastic thread to gather it and sew the skirt part into the bust part. i hope this makes sense… let me know if you have any questions!
