    Hi there! My hubby is OCD ( bless his little heart) and he threw away the instructions for pattern 7880. This is a Historical pattern and I have serious questions and NEED those instructions bad!. How do I get a copy? Can anyone out there help me?

    How long after a Webinar do you receive your copy?

      The webinar recordings are usually sent to all customers purchasing the webinar the Monday following. It takes us a few days to compile materials as well as edit the audio and video involved with the webinar.

    Hello. I purchased Burda pattern #6003 Idit. I downloaded the instructions and have got as far as the waistband. The diagram for the waistband is actually the diagram for the sleeve. As I’m a novice (this is my first project) the text instructions don’t make any sense to me without the diagram. Is it possible to get the diagram instructions? Thank you

    I was trying to register for the webinar of waistbands. I am logged into my burdastyle account right now, so I know that the username and password I am using are correct. However when I got onto the page to checkout it asked me to log in and I could not log in with my usual username and password. Would like to buy the webinar, but am not getting past this point.

    A second question I have is: once I’ve bought the webinar can I download it if I am unable to attend live? I read this somewhere, but didn’t see it stated specifically wrt this webinar.

    Would appreciate assistance with the above.

    i have a problem with paying for patterns i recently tried to buy. when i went to the checkout page it came up with payment refused because of a previous refusal on that particular card number.     Dear Burdastyle, i uploaded a project based on a Burdastyle pattern today (blouse). I added in the description the number of the project after ticking the ’ based on a Burdastyle project’ box but it doesn’t accept this. It keeps asking me to ad the pattern number or description. In the end I just added the project as one I made ip myself as i couldn’t get it to work otherwise. Please can you tell me what I was doing wrong? Thank you in advance! :)

    i found a burda style pattern from may 2008 through a project another member did and posted to the website, unfortunately it is so old that i obviously cannot download it from the website itself. would there be a way for you to upload older patterns to the website so that i (and probably many others) can complete this project?

      bunn,

      We do not have those patterns available to post on BurdaStyle.com at this time. Most patterns before 2010 do not translate well enough to make them downloadable patterns at this time.

    Why does the system reject my log in information on a regular basis? Every time I try to access my account it says invalid password and/or username. I have to keep exiting out and trying before it finally accepts. I’ve been a member for over a year and have always had this issue. So frustrating!

    I cannot use my own credit card to check out. I’m registered. My card is valid. I’m getting a message that says this “appears to be fraudulent.” I tried using my colleague’s card (this is a $5 purchase) and get the same message. Something is clearly wrong with the site. It’s frustrating since I wanted to make this top tonight before going away for the weekend.

    What is the best way to resolve this?

    I have the Flutter Dress pattern. I printed out my test page and the square is 4 1/8 inches instead of 4 (3 15/16). Will that mess things up? - The pattern’s largest size is 46 and I need a 48-50. Might the fact that the test square is a little large mean that the pattern will print out a little large too and thus make it perfect for what I need?
