I was wondering if you could tell me where to locate the fabric that was used for the island placket dress?

I am attempting to print from an HP1505. I cannot adjust the margins to accommodate your marks and cannot match up the pattern.

What’s happened to the PDF instructions? Why are they missing?

English instructions for BurdaStyle patterns are now only available with purchase of the pattern PDFs. Instead of being available for download on the pattern’s store page, pattern instructions will appear in the user’s pattern library after purchase. All necessary information, such as fabric and notion requirements, is still available on the pattern store page. This includes multiple images (including technical drawings) and pattern difficulty ranking.

This change took a variety of factors into account, including licensing agreements and the work put in by our BurdaStyle translators. If you have additional questions or concerns, please see http://www.burdastyle.com/faq/patterns or email us through our contact page.

Have you tried to RIGHT CLICK the link and then SAVE to your computer? That will work on a PC. On a MAC, you would CTRL CLICK and then SAVE to your computer.

I just read your March 18 reply to a question regarding the March 2014 Spring’s downloadable patterns, and I also thought they were included for free and that’s why I’ve been trying to access their pages. The magazine’s information is very misleading to a consumer who is lead to believe these are part of the issue’s purchase/subscription.

I recently purchased the US BurdaStyle magazine’s Spring 2014 and cannot access the url’s noted for downloading the patterns noted as ‘Pattern Available as a Download’. They all begin with http://bit.ly. and my laptop’s Firefox, nor Internet Explorer, nor my iPad are able to access those urls. Can you please help me. There are many cute patterns I’d like to make. Thank you. Lisa Spivey

I’m having the same problem, I just uploaded new project but I can’t see it in my studio nor in the project page. This site malfunction is active for five days now, it really takes away all the joy of the Burdastyle. It would be nice to know that Burdastyle team is aware of this problem and is working on resolving it.

Along these same lines, I can find the patttern listed in the magazine url, but I have to pay for it. I was under the assumption that it’s included in the quarterly magazine. It was last issue.

I’ve added some to my cart but until I pay they won’t show up in my library. How did you get around this?

Hello! For the past few days I’ve had a frozen page of “Projects” – in other words, I see the same projects as 2-3 days ago, nothing has changed, I don’t see the new ones. However, I got information about some friends publishing new things (I can see them but only from the “Activity” page). I also published one new project of my own which I can’t see in my list of projects nor in the “Project” section. I hope you can help. Thanks!

I have the same problem as the last few comments. Projects aren’t showing in my studio or on the projects page, only recent activity. The projects page hasn’t changed at all in the last 2 days.

In my purchased download, the test square prints out to 9.6 cm instead of 10 cm. As I need to cut the largest size, I cannot simply cut larger. I will lose more than 7.5 cm in circumference. What do I do?

    Hi

I have problem printing patter page to show the control box at 4″ × 4″. I print full scale which comes smaller than 8-1/2″×11″. The page of the pattern Adobe shows that it has 6.7″×10.11″. when I print the square has 1/16" less than 4" per side. Is this a tolerance we can accept? What is the exact pattern sheet size in inches?

You can log in and view your account on our Register site (http://register.burdastyle.com). Please note: the webinar web site is NOT the same log in as your BurdaStyle account. After logging in, you will not be able to view past webinars. After a webinar is presented, all participants, whether they actually attended or not, will receive a follow up email with a recorded version of the email. If you did not receive this email, you can contact Answers@burdastyle.com for assistance.

Hi, I would like to download patterns from the US Spring 2014 issue. I notice that the method for finding the digital download patterns is now different from the Winter 2014 issue. The link in the Spring issue brings us to the purchase page. I’m assuming that the downloadable patterns are still included in the subscription price as they were in the Winter 2014 issue that got many of us to subscribe.

The 20 free downloads were part of the Premier issue (Winter 2014) promotion and only for that one issue. In all following issues, each link will take you to that pattern’s download page for purchase.

For the last few days I’ve been experiencing problems while browsing through the site, can you please help me with this issue? It takes really long to open any page on the site, and I keep getting a “Warning: Unresponsive script” prompt that says “A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.” This only happens on this site, and it occurs all the time which makes using the site almost impossible. I tried with cleaning my cookies, restarting my browser and running my browser in safe mode but the problem keeps occurring. I’m using firefox and safari on mac, and I’m having the same problem on both of the browsers. Can you please help me?

Is it possible to download the ‘Instructions’ only? I bought and downloaded a pattern that contained two patterns, but only one of the patterns included directions

Some of our patterns will share a PDF with another pattern. If there are pieces on the PDF that are not mentioned in the Instructions, you can just ignore the pieces. If you would like to make the other pattern shown on the shared PDF, you will need to purchase that pattern separately in order to have access to the instructions.

two months in a row now I have received emails advertising kits I was interested in, however the price listed when I click “buy now” is NOT the same as the price listed in the email and I do not see a coupon code or discount listed. This months kit is advertised as 24.99 in my email but is 34.99 on the website when I try to buy it What do I do?
