    I wish to make Burda Style pattern 7226 (ensemble-pantalon pantsuit) and have found the pieces for the waistband and band for the pants are not included. My skill level is a little better than novice so am unable to continue making pants without these pattern pieces. Can anyone help me with this?

    i had just bought two patterns by your web site but one of them , i downloaded and the pattern do not correspond with the model im looking in the picture .. the instructions however yes. i need your to send me the correct pattern otherwise return the payment since this is not the pattern i need.. the model is 09-2012 #150 gathered sleeve blouse.. please , im waiting for the response. thanks in advance

      Some of our patterns will share a PDF with another pattern. If there are pieces on the PDF that are not mentioned in the Instructions, you can just ignore the pieces.

    I just bought a pattern in a shop that does not include English instructions, only German and other languages. In the the pattern it said I can download the English instructions from the website. How do I do this?

      All of our available patterns come in downloadable .pdf files. Once you click “Get It” on the pattern page, the pattern is automatically sent to your Purchase History page within your profile. Go to your profile by clicking on your username, and click on Library. You can also access your Library in the right-hand side of the homepage.

    I am subscribed to a Burda Magazine and would like to access some patterns online . How do I connect these two accounts together ? Do I need to pay for patterns online if I am subscribed to a magazine ?

      There is not a way to connect this account to a magazine subscription. If you see a digital pattern in the magazine that is not included on the pattern insert, you can purchase it as a download from this web site.

    Hello! I posted my project yesterday. It appeared on the projects page but after a couple of hours it was gone. It also disappeared from my studio. The only place I can see it now is the activity tab. Hope you’ll be able to fix it. Thank you!

    Hello. I clicked to submit my payment for a “Basic Fitted Dress Sloper” yesterday, and an error message came up saying to try again later. I followed the instructions and did try again later, but the same error kept coming up. I checked my bank account and found I had been charge 3 times. I have no reason to order a downloadable pattern 3 times on purpose, because it is re-printable. I use mac

    I have also tried many times to post onto the support wall, as directed on the FAQ page, and even got an error message a few times trying to do so

    Please help.

    Hi, I have bought the BurdaStyle Winter 2014. But when I try to download the pattern for a skirt using the code in the magazine (to have the pattern for free) it will not allow this. It does say in the magazine just where the instructions are:" Pattern available as a free download at BurdaStyle.com/PatternDownloads/Winter2014 ,code: BSWIN14 But this does not work. What do I need to do?

You will also have the opportunity to email the presenter any follow-up questions you might have after watching the recording.

      A recording will also be available in your BurdaStyle.com Library.

    I have purchased several BurdaStyle US magazines…do I have to purchase the patterns that are shown in the magazines as only available in PDF download? I would think these would not cost additionally after paying for the magazine? Please advise. Specifically, I am trying to make a garment in the Fall 2014 issue. TIA

      In the Spring 2014 issue of BurdaStyle US magazine (and in all of the BurdaStyle US magazines going forward), we will include 20 patterns as full-size inserts. The remaining patterns are available as paid digital downloads.

      We include fleshed-out instructions to every single pattern that is featured in the magazine, but only ones indicated as a “pattern insert” are available on the pattern insert pages.

      The digital PDF patterns are available as paid downloads from our web site. The free patterns included on the inserts are noted as follows:

      On the fashion spread, the garment will be labeled with “pattern insert”.

      On the “All styles at a glance” page (in this spring issue, that’s page 63), the garment will be labeled with “pattern insert”.

      On the garment’s instruction page, the garment will be labeled “pattern available on insert sheet”.

    I printed a pattern that I just purchased. It is a bursa pattern from the magazine. According to frequently asked questions the directions should on the pattern pieces that I printed. I don’t see them. How can I get them?

    recently purchased Peplum Top 08/2012 #113 and the lines and ^ don’t match up so that you can use the pattern pieces. I want a refund why don’t the sheets of paper match up to be able use the pattern?

    I’m still trying to figure out why my card is being declined on your site, I am in Australia, as I can’t find any mention of which currency the site uses I assume that the site is showing me AUD prices?

      All prices on our web site are in USD. I apologize for the trouble you are having placing your order. There are a few different reasons this could be happening. First, if you are an international customer, it could be that your bank does not allow international charges. If this is the case, you can talk to your bank and they can usually assist you in placing the order. The second is that your bank may not recognize Burda as a legitimate site, and so it denies the transaction. Usually the financial institution will check it out and you will be cleared to use it in 24-48 hours, so you can just try again. Or third, our system does not recognize your banking institution. Typically this happens when you are using a temporary credit card (such as a gift card). If this is the case, you will need to try to place your order using another card.
      You could also try using a different Internet browser for the purchase (i.e. Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer, etc.) to see if that clears up the issue.
      We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit/debit/gift cards.
