    i found a burda style pattern from may 2008 through a project another member did and posted to the website, unfortunately it is so old that i obviously cannot download it from the website itself. would there be a way for you to upload older patterns to the website so that i (and probably many others) can complete this project?

      bunn,

      We do not have those patterns available to post on BurdaStyle.com at this time. Most patterns before 2010 do not translate well enough to make them downloadable patterns at this time.

    Why does the system reject my log in information on a regular basis? Every time I try to access my account it says invalid password and/or username. I have to keep exiting out and trying before it finally accepts. I’ve been a member for over a year and have always had this issue. So frustrating!

    I cannot use my own credit card to check out. I’m registered. My card is valid. I’m getting a message that says this “appears to be fraudulent.” I tried using my colleague’s card (this is a $5 purchase) and get the same message. Something is clearly wrong with the site. It’s frustrating since I wanted to make this top tonight before going away for the weekend.

    What is the best way to resolve this?

    I have the Flutter Dress pattern. I printed out my test page and the square is 4 1/8 inches instead of 4 (3 15/16). Will that mess things up? - The pattern’s largest size is 46 and I need a 48-50. Might the fact that the test square is a little large mean that the pattern will print out a little large too and thus make it perfect for what I need?

    I am working on High Neck Blouse 05/2013 #106. In the instructions it says to “Trim away the seam allowance on the neck edge” I find this a little vague am I trimming the whole 5/8" seam allowance from the whole neckline or just a certain section? Any further clarification would be great.

    The checkout form does not appear to work for non-US addresses. Specifically, the “State” field is required, but only contains US States. Selecting no state fails the form validation; selecting a (necessarily incorrect) state fails the form validation.

    This is likely the same issue that Carrira & AnninaNicole are reporting.

    I bought a shorts pattern and the downloaded pattern is 41 pages and includes a shirt and long pants (but no direction for them) which I didn’t order. Is there a way to just print out the 8 or so pages I need for the shorts? It’s hard to tell which page goes to which part of the pattern.

    I’ve had the same problem as Carrira – live in Belgium and haven’t been able to purchase patterns. Also I’ve seen some lovely dresses here from a Burda 2009 issue, but I can’t seem to find 2009 patterns on Burdastyle anymore, is that correct? Are they still for sale somewhere?

      All registrants (regardless if they attend the webinar live) will receive a “Thank You” email the following Monday with a recording of the event, the Q&A transcript, and any additional downloads/resources referenced during the event. You will also have the opportunity to email the presenter any follow-up questions you might have after watching the recording.

    Hi – I purchased Kristen plus #1 however when I downloaded the pattern to print I have is 6046 the original Kristen size 32-42. Only the last few pages of the pattern – the sleeve variation are plus size. I used the contact us form a few days ago but haven’t had a reply – Can you please advise Thanks

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    I purchased the “Tulle Evening Gown 12/2011” pattern and am STUMPED by the instructions in step #6. I don’t know why I can’t figure it out, but I really just can’t seem to make sense of the step. I MUST finish the dress by Thursday May 30, 2013 as we are leaving town on Friday for a MAJOR function on Sunday.

    I understand pressing under the seam allowance, do I only make slit marks on the right side of the tulle? The tapering of the pressed-under edge toward the seam allowance??? Am I supposed to open that back out? Won’t the raw edges show between the tulle and the right side of the gown? What about the bottom edge of the band? Does it go unfinished??? When you baste the band to the neck edge, are you basting the pressed under seam allowance edge or the raw edges together? I am sorry I am sooo confused, but I’m desperate and need help!! Thanks!
