I live in Cleveland, Ohio with my daughter. I love design, sewing and all things DIY. I started about 15 years ago, and have been going strong ever since. I have a day-job stint in the medical field, but if I could sew all day every day, and be able to pay my mortgage doing it... I totally would .

I love when that happens, I just found a ruffler that just happens to fit my favorite sewing machine—awesome! Have you ever used a ruffler? I had one that fit my older machine, and forgot just how cool they are! I worked on a sample skirt today for our next meeting, it is just too simple for words! It leaves lots of time for the applique-the real fun part!

I have not used a ruffler, but it sounds really cool. I’d love to see how it works. By the way, is the next BSC on June 5th? I have a feeling, but was sort of hoping it was not. On June 5th I’m selling some handbags and things I made at Bela Dubby with the Cleveland Craft Coalition.
