    Hello and a grateful thank you for taking time to draft and upload the 6 cloak and hood patterns. This is very generous of you. We have very few tailors on the site. With what you have sewn, I do believe you qualify. I was never able to sew a proper padding stitch. (I got the stitches too tight.) Cordially, Nehmah
