Haha your not being forward at all! To tell you the truth I dont really have a set process which I go by. Sometimes I have ideas in my head or im inspired by another garment I see. Most of the time though Im inspired by the farbics I find. So ill go out and buy a bunch of fabrics and then ill get home and just start playing with them. Sometimes I just start pinning them to my dress form to get ideas or sometimes i just know right away after looking at a fabric. From there I do some really basic measuring of myself and cut away. Its really quite a hap-hazardous process. I always try and work with my mistakes, learn from them and sometimes use them to make the garment better then I originally thought. For me really its just a giant learning process Im always trying to try new things and sometimes it doenst work out but I think a lot of the time stuff turns out pretty alright
Hope that answers your question! If you want to know anything more specific just let me know :)
Happy sewing to you too!!

Thanks for responding! I think it is so interesting to read the different methods or “non-methods” people use. Girl I’d say your stuff is more than just alright…
Thanks again :)
