hey! i actually just moved back to Louisville from S. Carolina, but i grew up in the highlands and still hang out there all the time. i just recently began renting a house in indiana for super cheap (exit 1, so still pretty close). if you’re interested, I just signed up to be a Burda Sewing Club leader for our area! Kinda nerdy i guess, but i think it could be fun :) I’ll keep you updated!

I just read the comment you wrote about wishing we were still like back in the day when the ladies would dress beautifully each and every day. I totally agree. I started “Dress Up Wednesday” at my work because I was flipping through an old photography book with glamor shots of women during the 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s and thought, “why don’t we look like this anymore?” :) I was happy to confirm that there are other women out there who feel the same way!

oh yes, I do think so. There is something about getting all prettied up for work or dinner that just appeals to me. I love to get dressed up for dinner, but sometimes I get funny looks. but hey thats ok. lol
