Cost-effectiveness, that’s exactly what I was wondering about! Curtains seem like the perfect solution. Anyway you seem terribly creative so keep it up! :)

Pants are great! The hardest part is the fly and getting your head around it. I’m getting there slowly. If you have someone who can SHOW you it helps a lot because trying to understand instructions about fly insertion do my head in. I need visuals! I am sure there must be some video tutorials out there. But other than that they are super duper easy.

Thanks so much for posting those pictures for me and the rest of the Burda Style community to see. The reason I was so interested in seeing it is because I was in the process of drafting my version of Burda Styles pattern “azalea”. The one thing that I disliked about the azalea pattern was the fullness of the skirt, so when I saw the skirt on your dress I was very refreshed to see how nice it fit. I have since drafted the azalea skirt to have straight edges from the bottom of the bust down which helped get rid of the A-line look. Thanks so much again for inspiring me on how to finish up the drafting process and finally now I’m finally going to be able to start my dress. Thanks again
