Hello There, Thankyou for the ‘Favourite’ on my site. As for the Missoni fabric, yes it is gorgeous. It is from Classic Textiles, Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush, London. They have a website but not very good, as for the shop, ’It’s amazing!’ The Missoni fabric is 100% cotton and comes in different colour ways. They also have in wool. If you contact them and say your saw it on my website, they can look and probably send it to you. It’s £24 per mtr and I used 60cms. They know who I am. Soon I will get a shop together on my site and have lots of stuff like that. Tree. PS. Have a look at ‘Stitchless TV’ on You Tube, they’re a bit rough but hopefully good enough to understand what’s going on

I know teaching is taking your every minute! By the way, can you believe it is time change again? Ha! We are “on it” this time around-really had zero clue last fall, so still owe you.
I have made 3 long trips to southern U.S. to look after the grandchildren since Nov., so really behind on sewing. I am loving what everyone else is doing, though.
Happy Spring!

Hi!
I just wanted to thank you for your kind words on my project and express how much I wish I lived in Heidelberg so I could join in on your sewing club! Schade!

Possibly you will find the time crunch will work in favor of sewing. You are high productivity type. The H.S. students will adore you. We were 26 when my children’s father became a H.S. principal in the US. We did not want to dress “old” maybe a bit rebel, but we were lucky with the people. Yes, it is different now- a little, but you seem perfect to pull it all off so well. Being yourself will be an asset. I think the dress shape is excellent for work! Per your comment on the Scarlet O’Hara dress-Margaret Mitchell is my favorite person! Her personal clothing style (in her bio book) is so you & I wish, so me! If she were here today, she’d be as “in” as any celebrity. Have Fun!

Appreciate your wonderful comments, always good to receive feedback when you work on your own, especially from people in the industry that know what they’re talking about. Hello, I’ve recently added an on location at a local antiques market called ‘Kempton Antiques Market’, it’s quite rough as it’s me that does all the editing and I only just about know what I’m doing, but you might find it a bit interesting. Tree
