  thank you for your nice comment on my “linen bow dress for future me”! Yes, since I can’t grow anymore (vertically), if my waist gets smaller by an inch or so, I think I can stand tall and wear it outside… hopefully soon!

  Hiya, I tried to come to the sewing club last night just after 6 but there didn’t seem to be anyone there (not sure if it was just the dodgey doorbell) was it on? and when is the next one, I’d be keen to come. THanks, Elizabeth

    I’m really sorry – I must have just missed you by seconds! We realised that the bell wasn’t working so at about 6:05pm I went upstairs and waited there till 6:30pm to let people in! You can always knock at teh bookshop next door & they’ll let you in!

    The next meeting will be in the 14th December – I won’t be there but Jacqui will be. Hope you can come along.

  Hi Madscouser, thanks for commenting on my Twinkle skirt, I love that fabric so much, it’s the first thing I’ve made with Ikea fabric but I think I will try and use it more, it’s so comfy and will wear well :)
