thanks for commenting on my forum post, your suggestions were both very good! i had made sure the bobbin was wound/inserted properly, but i was having a problem with a certain type of thread getting caught up and tied in knots, so maybe there is a bunch of loose thread or dust down in there that needs to be cleaned out. thanks so much!

Hi I tried changing the needle out on my machine but it didnt do anything. My bottom thread is still really loose and my top thread keeps gettting bubbles. I tried messing with the tension again and still nothing. I dont know what the problem could be. Do you have any other suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback on my forum post about purchasing Burda WoF. I have one more question for you. When you order from Barnes and Noble, do you do it at the store or online? I called my B&N this morning and they said they couldn’t special-order it for me. Or rather, the woman said “My manager says we don’t do special orders”. So I’m not sure if that’s a “can’t” or “won’t”…maybe I need to bribe them ;)
I did find current and back-issues for sale on ebay, so I might give that a go if B&N doesn’t work out.
Thanks again for your help!
