  Hey, Now saw the comment u left on my Zebra Bubble dress. Hmmmp i was doing the bubble the hard way and only now see such an easier version!

  My way:

  i had an inner lining and would attach that to the outer material… with the elastic, so that on the outside you wouldnt see the elastic. Just a neat seam. Hope that makes some sense :-)
