as far as sewing for the wife, yes, she’s pretty happy that I do things for her. She has a bunch of skirts, dresses and a top or 2 that I have made for her, and now this. I have a bunch of other projects that I have started and just need to finish (like her dress for easter….)

oh my! you are a talker arent you? thats cool. i am too.haha;) i have a lot of work to do. i do stuff for fam and friends as well, but i need something bigger than that. so rite now im trying to find a manufacturer to manufacture my clothes. and with what you’re making you should try and do the same. i mean your stuff is very nice. i could definitely see your stuff in stores. its just all about branding yourself (making yourself a household name).do you or have you been trying to get your stuff over to the states? i know peeps that would love something fresh like your clothes. I am also big fan of elastic-mode, colors, ruffles and pleats are my “better friends” :) I am planning to buy some better overlock machine, so I can’t wait to try to sew jersey and sooooo elastic materials. Your work is beautiful! When I grow up (I’m 44, so it might not happen) I would love to be able to make my own patterns as intricate as yours. My fringe bags are from my own pattern, but those are pretty simple! I still can’t sew a shirt!

Hallo! Superschöne Sachen, die Du da machst! Die langen Hoodies sind besonders toll – bin echt begeistert!!! Ich trau mich immer nicht so richtig an Jersey ran (mein bisher einziges Jersey-Teil ist nur durch viel Hilfe im Nähkurs einigermaßen tragbar geworden ;-)), aber wenn ich Deine Kreationen so sehe, hab ich echt Lust, es nochmal zu versuchen… daher: Danke für die Inspiration! :-)

ich hätte da noch eine frage, vielleicht hatte ich dich schonmal gefragt, aber trotzdem…
ich habe diesmal ein schnittmuster von simpicity, hier steht: “Alle Schnittmuster beinhalten naht-und saumzugaben, und sind daher leichter, schneller und genauer zu bearbeiten”, heißt dass jetzt, dass ich den stoff genau nach dem schnittmuster schneide und in einem abstand von 1,5 cm anfange zu nähen???
