Thanks for the comment! I didn’t use a pattern for the dress, but it was so simple to make, for the top I just roughly used the shape of a tank top that fit well and for the bottom I just folded a large square of fabric into quarters and drew a radius for my waist and another for the bottom to create the circle (circle skirt tutorials are really easy to find online!) The ruffles I just made up, hope that helps! And I agree with SewLikeAlice, that bag of yours is adorable, i love the fabric combo!
