Short,(above bust) capelet pattern: edge-to edge fronts, small pointed collar. Cut to fit over 30’s & 40’s dresses with shoulder pads or can have small pads added into the capelet. It’s a basic pattern easily customised.

Any firm-ish fabric or ones that can be interlined to be firm.
