The How To gives directions for making your own custom-size quilt; if you'd like to make a quilt using a pattern, use these pattern pieces and cut the backing rectangle according to the measurements on this pattern.

    Quilts are one of my favorite things to sew. But I don't like this one; it's too messy. If it's going to be called a scrap quilt there needs to be some other name to go with it because I know what a scrap quilt is… and this isn't one.

    These instructions are so easy to follow a child could do it under a little supervision. I found the pattern for scrap material a space grabber as i have gained so much space from using my scrap material its unreal, and to make a continental quilt for a super kingsize bed was easy and rewarding. As for a how too its much more when you think of your bedthat needs a quilt.
