I'm working on the Vanessa skirt and have some problem figuring out the position of the waistband. (from 10 and on..) There's a mention of seam 5, seam 6 etc, but I don't seem to find that on the drawings. Also some words are missing, like under 12) "Pin the waistband of the ? onto the..."... The biggest problem however is probably my poor understanding of the instructions in english...

Question number on: I put the waistband and lining panel on top of each other right to the right. I stich and press the pieces, how? Right sides outwards?

Maybe it was that I was working with cotton, but the pleats on the side didn't lie down nicely. I actually had to tack them down. However, I am planning to make another with other fabric. I love the peekaboo pleats in the back. There are just so many options of what you can do with them!
