This is an easy, loose fitting (but feminine) blouse that anyone can draft using their measurements. It has a deep V neck, cap sleeves, and a tie in the back for shaping. No darts and no sleeves to set in. A great way to use up fabric scraps. I used an old bed sheet! The pattern base is very simple, so you can alter or embellish it as creatively as you like. Make it longer and add a belt, use contrasting fabrics, etc.
Light to medium weight woven fabric (cotton, cotton/poly blends, woven rayon and polyester, etc.)
Bias tape
Buttons or beads to embellish
1 meter (sizes 46 and over should use 1.5 meters)
