Burda Style For people who sew

i created this pattern using an old bikini and tracing it onto tissue paper (it is cheaper than tracing paper) for a general outline. They are also based on my measurements. I am a US size 8 or a Burda size 40. My breast cups are B. The drawstring in the bust allows for any chest size but cups should be chosen accordingly and therefore the size of the bikini top. I gave a description as to how to create this part yourself. The bottoms I created a pattern for because it is a bit more difficult to create the pieces for these without a reference.

Recommended Materials

i used jersey knit…..i suggest a bathingsuit material – - something with stretch
