Don’t know what to do with that old wool sweater? Need some new mittens? Try turning your wool sweater with ribbing along the lower edge into a new pair of warm mittens. The sizing is for a woman, but you can modify the pattern to fit your hand.

There is no seam allowance. The edges of the fabric should meet each other. Hand sewing the mitten using a blanket stitch is recommended.
