1/3 yd of rayon lycra blend or other knit fabric
thread
2 yds of 3/8" decorative elastic
double-sided wash-away tape (like Wash-Away Wonder Tape)
optional: decorations such as buttons, lace, or bows
Amount of Fabrics
1/3 yd of fabric. Extra may be needed to match stripes, plaid, etc.
