Notes

This blouse is truly a work of art and quite a unique pattern. The ruffled sleeves and rippling hemline are created by various darts and tucks and the front and back both close with a sweet line of buttons. We made our Alexander blouse from black & white polka dot silk charmeuse with a matching belt (included in pattern).
