Fold the fabric as shown in the ­pattern layout, right side facing in. Pin the scallops of the lace fabric ­together exactly. Make sure that the scallops match at the seams.

Recommended Materials

Lace fabric with a scalloped edge. If your lace is at least 110 cm (431/2 ins) wide, you can cut the pieces as continuous ­pieces. In this case, you will need approx. 75 cm (30 ins) less fabric than listed. Satin for the lining.
