Upper edge of skirt sits 3 cm (11/4 ins) below waist
Cut from a double layer of fab¬ric, right side facing in. The pieces shown extending over the fabric fold should be cut last from a single layer of. Cut right and left pieces as opposites. Match plaid lines for view B.

Amount of Fabrics
150 cm (59 in) wide twill: 0.90 m (1 yd) for all sizes. Vilene/Pellon G 785. 1 invisible zip, 22 cm (9 ins) long, and a special presser foot.
