Waist sits about 2 cm (3/4 in) above skirt joining seam

Fold the fabric as shown in the pattern layout. Right side faces in on a double layer of fabric; right side faces up on a single layer. Cut right and left pieces as opposites.

Recommended Materials

Cotton fabrics with some body, with or without elastane.

Amount of Fabrics

140 cm (55 in) wide print cotton satin with crosswise stretch: 2.00 m (21/4 yds) for all sizes. 140 cm (55 in) wide batiste for lining: 0.70 m (7/8 yd). Vilene Bias Tape/stay tape. 1 invisible zip, 40 cm (16 ins) long, and a special presser foot.
