Upper edge of skirt sits 7 cm (23/4 ins) above waist
Cut from a double layer of fab¬ric, right side facing in.
Recommended Materials
Skirt fabrics with some body, with or without elastane.
Amount of Fabrics
135 cm (53 in) wide organza with taffeta appliqués: 1.00 m (11/8 yds) for all sizes. 140 cm (55 in) wide lining: 0.85 m (1 yd). Vilene/Pellon G 700. 1 in¬visible zip, 40 cm (16 ins) long, and a special presser foot.
