Fold the fabric as shown in the pattern layout. Right side faces in on a
double layer of fabric; right side faces up on a single layer of fabric.
Cut right and left back skirt panels as opposites.
Recommended Materials
Softly draping dress fabrics.
Amount of Fabrics
Crêpe, 140 cm (55 ins) wide: 1.80 m (2 yds) for all sizes. Lining, 140 cm (55 ins) wide: 0.70 m (7/8 yd). Vilene Bias Tape/ stay tape. 1 invisible zip, 60 cm (24 ins) long, and a special presser foot.
