Description

Children’s Zorro vest and mask costume sewing pattern available for download. Available in various sizes.

This Zorro vest pattern has all bound edges and comes with a mysterious mask. Make the matching Zorro Cape too.

Note: This is the same pattern PDF as the Cowboy Vest the Witch Vest and the Pirate Vest

Recommended Materials

Costume fabrics.

Amount of Fabrics

Print broadcloth,
width: 140 cm (55 in)
length: 0.35 m (1/2 yd) for all sizes.

Plain fabric for lining,
width: 140 cm (55 in)
length: 0.35 m (1/2 yd).

Interfacing.

Vliesofix fusible web.

Elastic, 3 mm (1/8 in) wide and 0.35 m (1/2 yd) long.

Pre-folded bias tape,
width: 15 mm (5/8 in)
length: 2.10 – 2.10 – 2.15 – 2.20 – 2.25 m
(2 3/8 – 2 3/8 – 2 1/2 – 2 1/2 – 2 5/8 yds)

Cotton tape, 1 cm (3/8 in) wide and 0.80 m (7/8 yd) long.

Seam Allowance
