Recommended Materials

Costume fabrics.

Amount of Fabrics

Velvet with dots of glitter,
width: 150 cm (59 in)
length: 1.80 – 1.90 – 2.10 – 2.30 – 2.50 m
(2 – 2 1/8 – 2 3/8 – 2 5/8 – 2 3/4 yds).

Pre-folded satin bias tape, 2 cm (3/4 in) wide and 1.15 m (1 3/8 yds) long.

Sturdy cardboard.

Shirring elastic.

2 small buttons.

Glue.

Seam Allowance
