This skirt is lovely and youthful, and when made in a textured fabric like tweed makes it great for fall and winter. It features great volume and and nice ribbon waistband.

Recommended Materials

Skirt fabrics of wool or blends.

Amount of Fabrics

Tweed,
width: 150 cm (59 in)
length: 2.60 m (2 7/8 yds) for all sizes.

Piece of lining fabric, about 40 × 30 cm (16 × 12 ins), for pocket pieces.

Petersham ribbon,
width: 4 cm (1 5/8 ins)
length: 1.40 – 1.50 – 1.60 – 1.70 – 1.75 m
(1 5/8 – 1 3/4 – 1 3/4 – 1 7/8 – 1 7/8 yds).

1 invisible zip , 22 cm (9 ins) long.
