Women’s tank sewing pattern available for download. Available in various sizes and is produced by burda style magazine

Here we have a lovely tank made in washed silk. The tank is made from a double layer of fabric, so the straps can be twisted without see the wrong side.

Vilene Bias Tape/stay tape.

    Thanks! Great idea. I have a couple of some plain tanks and I feel it should be perfectly alright to convert them into this awesome idea!

    Did anyone else have trouble with sizing? I chose USA size 10 which is already one size bigger than I usually am,added 1.5cm seam allowance and yet it seems like it is fit for a child? This is my first burdastyle pattern so I wonder if I’m missing something?

      These sizes are not the same as US rack sizes. Measure yourself and use those numbers as a guide.

      Here a 10 waist size is 26" on the rack in store a 10 is approximately 30"!

    The instructions don’t make sense to me. Can you double check them and then post diagrams?

    In particular, I don’t understand: …front armhole edge meets back neck edge.

    Should it read: …front armhole edge meets back armhole edge?
