This classic shirt design is made cool by cutting the pockets on bias for a different pattern. The little bow tie completes this boys back to school look.

Amount of Fabrics

Plaid fabric,
width: 150 cm (59 ins)
length: 1.25 – 1.25 – 1.25 – 1.40 – 1.40 m
(1 1/2 – 1 1/2 – 1 1/2 – 1 5/8 – 1 5/8 yds).

Interfacing.

9 small buttons.

Bow tie:
A small piece of plain fabric, 25 × 10 cm (10 × 4 ins).

Cotton tape, 7 mm (1/4 in) wide: 0.60 m (3/4 yd).
