    The summary for this requires a special presser foot. Can anyone tell me WHAT foot? No big if it just wants a rolled hem foot or zipper foot or whatever, but I’m not going to buy a pattern if it requires me to buy some obscure $20 foot or something.

    I downloaded the instructions but I’m having a little trouble understanding what they want me to do with the skirt panels… Anyone already did this and could explain in short sentences what I’ve got to do? Thanks!!

      Hi Deborinna – just wondering if you ever figured out how to do the skirt panels – I’m having the same problem!

      @BeeZee: I eventually did!

      If I remember right, you need to take one skirt panel, fold it in half (if the skirt panel is half a circle, folded it looks like 1/4 of a circle) and mark the middle line. After that, you should measure 16.5 – 16.8 – 17 – 17.5 – 18cm (according to your size), starting at the tip of the panel (the tip of the 1/4 of the circle) along the marked line.

      if you look at your unfolded skirt panel after you have cut down to the needed measurement, and separate the panel by the cut you just made you will see that each side corresponds to one of the triangles at the bottom of the pieces 21 and 22.

      I think the rest is clear. If you need more help let me know ;)

      I hope this helps!

    Does anyone know how to figure out these sizes? I looked at the sizing charts and there are no 72, 76, 80, 84, or 88 sizes in inches or centimeters??? Help – please.

      These are Burdastyle’ s “Tall” sizes. If you look on any page of burdastyle.com, there’s a footer at the end, and “Size Chart” is the last choice under Frequently Asked Questions. You should be able to download the size charts for all size ranges: Regular, Tall, and Petite (which starts at 17, 18, etc.). The Tall and Petite sizes are similar to the regular sizes, and corresponding sizes are noted, at least the last time I checked… Hope this helps!
