This skirt, in #that@ teal color, is what I want to wear. But can a pencil skirt be worn with flats? I ask because I cannot safely wear heels at this point in my life. Pencil skirt + flats = dorky?

No, not dorky at all. Try flats with a patent finish if you want them to be a little more dressy. Also, try wedges or pumps with thick heels. I couldn’t last a work day in heels!
